424, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, for the northeast comer of <br />the tract described herein; <br />THENCE leaving the southerly right -of -way line of said Wonder World Drive, with a portion of <br />the east line of said 659.9 acre remainder tract, also with the west line of said 114 acre remainder <br />tract, with a portion of the east line of the tract described herein, the following five (5) courses <br />and distances: <br />1. S 35 °28'03" W, a distance of 1851.64 feet to a 6 inch cedar fence corner post <br />found, <br />2. S 45 024'15" W, a distance of 852.51 feet to a 6 inch cedar fence corner post <br />found, <br />3. N 57 034'23" W, a distance of 41.64 feet to a 6 inch cedar fence corner post found, <br />4. S 53 °43'49" W, a distance of 203.06 feet to a dead cedar tree, and <br />5. S 29029'121' E, a distance of 59.58 feet to a 6 inch cedar fence corner post found, <br />being the most westerly comer of said 114 acre remainder tract and the most <br />northerly comer of that called 311.74 acre tract described in the Warranty Deed to <br />Claud Kem Wildenthal, of record in Volume 1385, Page 398, Official Public <br />Records of Hays County, Texas; <br />THENCE continuing with a portion of the east line of said 659.9 acre remainder tract, also with <br />the west line of said 311.74 acre tract, with a portion of the east line of the tract described herein, <br />the following six (6) courses and distances: <br />1. S 43 °09'44" W, a distance of 155.92 feet to a 6" cedar fence comer post found, <br />2. S 44 °10'39" W, a distance of 216.46 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod with plastic cap <br />stamped "BCG" set, <br />3. S 45 °16'39" W, a distance of 951.78 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod with plastic cap <br />stamped `BCG" set, <br />4. S 45 °32'23" W, a distance of 7184.08 feet to a 6" cedar fence comer post found, <br />5. S 44 °57'33" W, a distance of 408.78 feet to it 1/2 inch iron rod with plastic cap <br />stamped "BCG" set, <br />6. S 45 °43'43" W, a distance of 606.75 feet to a 3 -1/2" metal fence comer post <br />found near the top of a bluff and the approximate location of the north bank of <br />Purgatory Creek, being the most southerly comer of said 659.9 acre remainder <br />tract and the most westerly comer of said 311.74 acre tract, same being an angle <br />point in the northerly line of that called 521.55 acre tract described in the Special <br />Warranty Deed to Dixie C. Lenz, Rita K. Steitle and Medora C. Pratt, in equal <br />undivided shares, of record in Volume 4517, Page 277, Official Public Records of <br />AMECURRENT 708537429.1 10•Feb -14 16.23 <br />
