Consider approval of the August 5, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes. <br />3. Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -43, on the second of two readings, amending <br />the City's 2013 -2014 Fiscal Year Budget by budgeting and appropriating $25,000 from <br />the General Fund to be distributed to the LBJ Museum, the Calaboose Museum and <br />Centro Museum to provide funding of Museum Operating Expenses for the remainder <br />of the current fiscal year; and providing an effective date. <br />4. Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -109R approving a two year extension of the <br />Commercial Lease with Twofold, LLC for the premises located at 645 North Walnut <br />Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas for the location of a WIC Satellite Office; authorizing <br />the City Manager to execute said Lease; and declaring an effective date. <br />5. Consider approval <br />of Resolution 2014 -110R approving <br />Advance <br />Funding Agreement <br />Amendment No. <br />1 terminating <br />Local Transportation <br />Project <br />Advance Funding <br />Agreement (CSJ- 0285 -03 -042) between the City and <br />the State <br />of Texas acting <br />through the Texas <br />Department <br />of Transportation for the <br />construction of a bike and <br />pedestrian facility <br />on Ranch <br />Road 12 from Hughson <br />Street <br />to Holland Street; <br />authorizing the City <br />Manager or <br />his designee to sign Amendment <br />No. 1 and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />6. Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -111 R, approving Advance Funding Agreement <br />Amendment No. 2 to Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreement <br />(CSJ- 0914 -33 -032) between the City and the State Of Texas acting through the <br />Texas Department of Transportation ( "TXDOT ") for the Sessom Street Construction <br />Project to transfer $370,000.00 to the North LBJ Construction Project; approving <br />Advance Funding Agreement Amendment No. 2 to the Local Transportation Project <br />Advance Funding Agreement (CSJ- 0914 -33 -033) to increase the funding for the North <br />LBJ Drive Improvement Project by $370,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or his <br />designee to execute both amendments on behalf of the City and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />7. Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -112R approving a contract with Jackson <br />Chapel United Methodist Church for the City to purchase approximately 3.001 acres of <br />land at 1400 Wonder World Drive near the intersection of State Highway 123 at a <br />price of $522,894.00 for the location of a future fire station; authorizing the City <br />City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />
