<br />65 <br />Regular Meeting July 10, 1989 Page 6 <br />Brown expressed concern if we remove too much of the vegetation. <br />Mark Birnbaum wanted to know if the City could contract with <br />Aquarena Springs, and Mr. Gilley stated that Aquarena's equipment <br />did not have harvesting capability. <br />Mr. Guerra moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session <br />pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections 2(e), (f) and (g), <br />V.A.C.S., to discuss pending litigation (Neal, Et Al vs. City; <br />Allen vs. City; MacKenzie vs. City), contemplated litigation, and <br />matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City <br />pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State <br />Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17; purchase of <br />real property; and duties and discipline of a public officer or <br />employee, respectively and Mr. Hart seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously (9:15 p.m.). <br />Mr. Hernandez moved the Council reconvene at 10:54 p.m. and Mr. <br />Plummer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:55 p.m. on motion made by Mr. <br />Hernandez and seconded by Ms. Kissler. <br /> Wl,~ <br />~./ <7 .
