<br />a. streets, Alleys, Sidewalks, Crosswalk Ways, and Monuments <br /> <br />Three (3) copies of plans and profiles of all streets, alleys, <br />sidewalks, crosswalk ways, and monuments shall be provided. The <br />right-of-way and paved width of all streets and their centerline <br />grade and distances with the elevations indicated at all centerline <br />intersections and grade breaks shall be shown. The plans shall <br />show the location of all curbs and gutters as proposed with three <br />(3) copies of all detailed cost estimates. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Lines <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(1) Three (3) copies of the proposed plans showing two (2) foot <br />contours and the location dimensions of existing sanitary <br />sewer lines and manholes and location and size of existing <br />mains to which the system will be connected. <br /> <br />(2) Three (3) copies of plans and profiles and of proposed <br />sanitary sewer lines, indicating depths and grades of lines. <br /> <br />(3) When a separate sewer system or treatment plant other than <br />that provided by the City is proposed, three (3) copies of <br />proposed plans and specifications. <br /> <br />(4) Three (3) copies of detailed cost estimates. <br /> <br />c. Water Lines <br /> <br />(1) Three (3) copies of the proposed plat showing two (2) foot <br />contours, and the location and size of existing water lines, <br />valves, and fire hydrants, and the location and size of <br />existing mains to which the system will be connected. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) Three (3) copies of plans and profiles and of all proposed <br />water lines, valves, and fire hydrants, showing depths and <br />grades of the lines. <br /> <br />(3) When a separate water system is planned, or when connection <br />is proposed to a water system other than to the City water <br />system, three (3) copies of the plans, including fire hydrants, <br />of the proposed system. <br /> <br />(4) Three (3) copies of detailed cost estimates. <br /> <br />d. Storm Drainage <br /> <br />(1) Three (3) copies of the proposed plat, indicating two (2) <br />foot contours based on City of San Marcos datum. All street <br />widths and grades shall be indicated on the outlet and inlet <br />side of all drainage ditches and storm sewers and at all <br />points in the street at changes of grade or where the water <br />enters another street or storm sewer or drainage ditch. <br />Drainage easements shall be indicated. <br /> <br />-24- <br /> <br />- <br />
