<br />SECTION 14 - "P" PUBLIC USE INCLUDING GOVERNMENTAL, POOLS, PARKS, SCHOOLS, <br />ETC., DISTRICT <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />In a "P" District, the primary use of the land shall be as indicated <br />in the following two categories, namely lip-I", Governmental, and <br />IP-2", Educational. Any use thereunder is subject to the usages set <br />forth in this section. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />"P-I". Public use, including City, County. State or Federal <br />Government buildings, parks, and other public or semi-public <br />recreational facilities, and fraternal buildings. <br /> <br />2. IP-2". Public or private educational institutions (not else- <br />where classified), including elementary, junior high and <br />senior high schools, colleges, universities, athletic fields <br />and stadia associated therewith, and incidental operations, <br />including training areas, etc. <br /> <br />B. Prohibited Uses: <br /> <br />1. Any building erected or land used for other than one or more <br />of the preceding specified uses. <br /> <br />2. Any use of property that does not meet the required mlnlmum <br />lot size; front, side, and rear yard dimension; and/or lot <br />width; or exceeds the maximum height, building coverage or <br />denity per gross acre as required. <br /> <br />C. Area Requirements for Residential Usage <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Minimum lot area <br />a. Internal 6,000 square feet <br />b. Corner 7,500 square feet <br />Minimum lot frontage on a public street <br />a. Internal 50 feet <br />b. Corner 60 feet <br />Minimum lot depth 100 feet <br />Minimum depth of front setback 25 feet <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Minimum depth of rear setback shall be five feet <br />with an additional two feet required for each <br />story above 24 feet, up to a maximum setback of <br />25 feet. There shall be no encroachment or over- <br />hangs into this required rear yard. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Minimum width of side setback <br />a. Internal lot <br />b. No lot to be used for multi-family or <br />apartment purposes shall contain an area <br />less than this amount plus 1,500 square <br />feet for each dwelling unit in excess of <br />two dwelling units to be constructed or <br />occupied upon such lot. <br /> <br />11.
