Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 21, 2006, approval of three Ordinances on second reading, adoption of an Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of nine Resolutions, and approval of Quarterly Investment Report for quarter ending December 31, 2005, on consent. The Council removed Items 10, 12, 20, 21, and 22, adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Mihalkanin moved for approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 21, 2006, approval of an Ordinance on second reading, adoption of an Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of the remaining six Resolutions, and approval of Quarterly Investment Report for quarter ending December 31, 2005, on consent, and Mr. Jones seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
