Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (property IH35-Davis Lane advice regarding RFP requirements); Section 551.074, to discuss duties of public officer (City Manager-hiring Municipal Court Judge); and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development II * Mr. Guerrero was present at 6,43 p.m.
