One or more cameras to <br />be installed to record activities in the parking lot during all operating <br />hours of the business, and one hour before and one hour after the operating <br />hours. The purpose of the camera(s) is to provide the management staff <br />with information about possible misconduct in the parking lot so management <br />can take corrective action, and Mr. Guerrero seconded the motion. On roll <br />call for the amendment the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />AYE: Guerrero, Mihalkanin, Narvaiz, Diaz, Jones and Bose. <br /> <br />NAY: Thomaides. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Mihalkanin moved to amend Part 7 to read. . This Resolution is <br />effective immediately upon its passage and adoption, except that Part 6, <br />items 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Resolution will take effect on May 6, 2006, and <br />Mr. Diaz seconded the motion. Mr. Mihalkanin withdrew his motion to amend <br />and Mr. Diaz withdrew his second. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to amend Part 7 to <br />read. . This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption, except that Part 6, items 2, 3 and 4 of this Resolution will <br />take effect on May 6, 2006, and Mr. Guerrero seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Mihalkanin withdrew his motion to amend and Mr. Guerrero withdrew his <br />second. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to amend Part 7 to read. . This Resolution <br />is effective immediately upon its passage and adoption, except that Part 6, <br />items 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Resolution will take effect on May 6, 2006, and <br />Mr. Thomaides seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council <br />then voted unanimously for approval of Part 6 as amended. Mr. Thomaides <br />moved to amend Recital 7 to read. .The City Council conducted a public <br />hearing on the appeal on April 6, 2006, and the Council finds that the <br />decision of the Commission was validly taken based on a preponderance of <br />the credible evidence, and that the suspension and other conditions <br />attached to the CUP should be upheld as modified in Part 6 of this <br />resolution, and Mr. Bose seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The Council then voted on the main motion for adoption the Resolution, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:24 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Mihalkanin and <br />seconded by Mr. Guerrero. <br /> <br />I <br />
