Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real property (acquisition of real property Hunter Road area and North IH35 area); and Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of a public officer or employee (City Manager) - Municipal Court. Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 6:48 p.m. I. Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration adoption or direction to Staff Mr. Mihalkanin arrived at 6:30 p.m.
