Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (amendments to Conditional Use Permit Ordinance - City Council/Planning and Zoning Commission) i Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss exchange of real property (proposed property exchange - 14-acre tract of City property in 1200-1300 Blocks of IH35 North City Council) i and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial I~ Ms. Womack not present at this meeting.
