Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the exchange of real property (14-acre tract IH35); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of a public officer or employee (City Manager-RFP process); and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive I. Mr. Guererro was not present at this meeting. Mr. Jones left the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and returned at 8:50 p.m.
