Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (Animal Services Agreement-Hays County and City of Kyle); (City Clerk hiring process) and Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of a public officer or employee (City Manager). The I Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 6:50 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration adoption or direction to staff on matters discussed in Executive Session.
