Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (W.C. Carson vs. City of San Marcos); Sections 551.072, to discuss the duties of a public officer (City Manager; City Council Members); and Sections 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a I business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development * Donavan Knight was not present at this meeting.
