The Engineer WIll utilIze the City's Standard Construction Notes dunng <br />development of the construction drawings. <br /> <br />1.5.3 Prepare construction drawings that meet the following requirements: <br /> <br />a) Full-size plans will be on standard D size (22' x 34") and <br />b) Half- SIze drawings bill be 11" x 17", <br /> <br />1.5.4 Prepare general plan draWIngs to include a tItle sheet, location and viCInity maps, legend <br />and abbreVIation sheet, index to draWIngs, survey data, and other pertinent information general to <br />the Project. The EngIneer will review standard detaIls, and modify if necessary to meet project- <br />specific requirements, and Include In the plan drawings. The Engineer will prepare detailed <br />drawings to include pIping; appurtenances, structural, mechanical, and electrical layout and <br />details; and other draWIngs and details necessary for the construction contractor to complete the <br />Project. <br /> <br />1.5.5 Prepare speCIfications in Construction SpeCIficatIon Institute ("CSI") format to include <br />the bid document in WordPerfect or Word format, special provisions, and technical <br />speCIficatIons. The Engineer will use its master specifications as the basis for all specifications, <br />except for DIvision 0 wherein the Engineer will Incorporate City specifications or for technical <br />specifications for which the City has a standard and elects to utilize Its standard. <br /> <br />1.5.6 Prepare an updated estimate of the construction costs at approximately 1 00 percent final <br />design completion. <br /> <br />1.5.7 Attend final design review meeting. <br /> <br />1.5.8 PrOVIde the following deliverables for this Task: <br /> <br />a) One reproducible and three copies of all final plans. All scalable plans will <br />have a graphic scale-bar on each individual sheet. The Engineer will <br />develop plans USIng Microstation Version 8 and will provide to the City <br />two electronIC copies In pdf. and MicrostatIon format on CDs or DVDs. <br />b) One reproducible and three copies of the completed final Specifications. <br />c) Two copies of the itemIzed cost estimate for construction of the project. <br /> <br />1.5.9 Be responsible for the pnnting and bindIng of 7 sets of bId documents (not including <br />construction drawings) at no additional cost to the CIty. A total of five sets of construction <br />drawings will be provided; four sets WIll be full-SIze draWIngs and one set WIll include half-size <br />drawings. The Engineer will provide one electronically reproducible copy of the contract <br />documents to the City on CD in pdf. format. <br /> <br />1.5.10 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement will be the subject of an applIcatIon for copyright by or on behalf of the Engineer. <br /> <br />Wet Weather Improvements Project CH2M Hill <br /> <br />5 <br />
