(4) Ensure that data for the Youth Master Plan priority indicators is <br />collected on an annual basis and presented for city council, school <br />board, and public review. <br />(5) Provide oversight so that partners and community members take action <br />on the plan, by working through and with their organizations and <br />constituencies to shape policies and secure and leverage resources to <br />improve child and youth wellbeing and success. <br />(b) The commission shall meet monthly. <br />(c) The commission may make recommendations at any time but shall <br />deliver at least one annual report to the governing bodies and directors of the <br />partners. <br />SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is <br />held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of <br />this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br />conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
