Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced canvassing the returns of the General and Special Election held on November 6, 2007, and the City Council Place 2, November 15, 2007, Recount Report. The Council reviewed the returns.
