On roll call for amendment the <br />following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Thomaides, Couch, Bose, Narvaiz, Guerrero and Robertson. <br />NAY: Jones. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />On roll call for the approval the following motion was recorded: <br />AYE: Thomaides, Couch, Bose, Narvaiz, Guerrero and Robertson. <br />NAY: Jones. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced a discussion and receive a presentation regarding <br />the Employee Merit Pay Plan and direction to Staff. Mayor Narvaiz stated <br />the Council allocated money for Merit Pay Plan. Carolyn Liner, Director of <br />Human Resources, provided a copy of the 2007 Merit Pay Plan. Mr. Guerrero <br />inquired to the employees on step.
