S. DEPARTMENT <br />OF LABOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF MATCHING ADDITIONAL MONIES WHICH <br />WILL BE PROVIDED TO SAID CITY BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION <br />ADMINISTRATION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS INCIDENT THERETO ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration Item 11.D. (1) removed <br />from the consensus agenda, adoption of a Resolution, the caption <br />which was read as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDER CONTRACT, <br />AUTHORIZING CHANGES TO SAID CONTRACT AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Plummer <br />seconded the motion. Mr. Hernandez moved to amend Section 4 of <br />the Contract to add the following sentences at the end of that <br />Section: "An annual audit conducted by an independent auditor or <br />by an agency finance committee shall be provided to the City on <br />or before December 31, 1989. The audit shall follow generally <br />accepted auditing standards." lYls. Ki ssler seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. The Council then voted unanimously for <br />adoption of the Resolution. <br /> <br />Item 11-1/2, the Addendum, to consider adoption of a Resolution <br />approving an application for funding through the Texas Department <br />of Commerce Texas Capital Fund, was not considered and will be <br />rescheduled October 17, 1988. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session <br />pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections 2(e) and (g), V.A.C.S., to <br />discuss matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City <br />
