City Council Meeting Minutes January 20, 2015 <br />Trust for Public Land who provided a further explanation of this conservation work. <br />Hays County Commissioner Will Conley provided additional information on behalf of the Hays <br />County Commissioners Court. Following discussion the Council provided direction for Staff to <br />move forward with drafting an Interlocal Agreement between the City and Hays County with no <br />more than $500,000 commitment from the City to provide for cost participation and shared use of <br />the property. <br />VI. Adjournment. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Prewitt, seconded by Council Member Thomaides, that <br />the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council be adjourned at 8:33 p.m..
