City Council Meeting Minutes February 3, 2015 <br />Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson introduced this item and led the <br />discussion. The Council provided direction for Staff to bring back suggestions to improve the <br />process. Suggestions mentioned during discussion were: running the Preferred Scenario Map <br />Amendments (PSA) and Zoning approval concurrently, and possibly creating additional PSA <br />categories (low, low with multi - family, medium, medium with multi - family). Council also <br />provided direction to bring back information on multi - family vs. rent by the bedroom. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />►f�f l - <br />VII. Adjournment. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Council Member Thomason, <br />to adjourn the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council at 7:57 p.m. The motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Thomaides <br />'am!e Lee �ettijoh , City, le k <br />lel Guerrero,` or <br />City of San Marcos Page 7 <br />
