City Council Meeting Minutes February 3, 2015 <br />Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson introduced this item and led the <br />discussion. The Council provided direction for Staff to bring back suggestions to improve the <br />process. Suggestions mentioned during discussion were: running the Preferred Scenario Map <br />Amendments (PSA) and Zoning approval concurrently, and possibly creating additional PSA <br />categories (low, low with multi - family, medium, medium with multi - family). Council also <br />provided direction to bring back information on multi - family vs. rent by the bedroom. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />►f�f l - <br />VII.
