City Council Meeting Minutes January 30, 2015 <br />was provided. <br />2. Receive a presentation from Highpointe Development who is requesting <br />Improvement District (PID), and provide direction to Staff. <br />Caren Williams, Project Manager, Chris Crawford, and project Attorney, Steve Metcalfe, provided <br />the Council with a presentation of their Trace project and their request for a reimbursement <br />Public Improvement District (PID). They will be bringing back another presentation to the <br />Council on February 17 and the Council would potentially appoint a subcommittee to review the <br />PID request. <br />III. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />None. <br />IV. Adjournment. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Prewitt, seconded by Council Member Hughson, that the <br />packet meeting workshop of the San Marcos City Council be adjourned at 1:25 p.m..
