City Council Meeting Minutes January 30, 2015 <br />15. Resolution 2015 -12R approving a Wastewater Master Plan to guide the future <br />maintenance and extension of the City's Wastewater Infrastructure; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />16. Resolution 2015 -13R approving an amendment to and renewal for an additional <br />five years of an Agreement for Airport Management Services with Texas Aviation <br />Partners, L.L.C.; authorizing the City Manager to execute this amendment and <br />renewal on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />17. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against <br />Ordinance 2015 -07 creating a Designated Permit Area under Section 82.189 of the <br />San Marcos City Code that allows parking by permit only between the hours of 8:00 <br />a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday on both sides of the 100 to 200 blocks of <br />Ridgeway Drive; amending the Traffic Register to reflect such Designated Permit <br />Area; and providing for an effective date. <br />18. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against <br />Ordinance 2015 -08 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning 15.728 <br />acres, more or less, of land comprised of the four corner lots at the intersection of <br />Wonder World Drive and Craddock Avenue to "CC" Community Commercial District, <br />said tracts being part of what is commonly known as the C &G Tract, which is subject <br />to a Development Agreement with the City; and including procedural provisions. <br />NON - CONSENT AGENDA <br />19. Resolution 2015 -14R approving the Release of an Electric Utility Easement across <br />Lot 1 of the Simon Addition, located at 1305 South IH -35; authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute this Release of Easement on behalf of the City; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />20. Resolution 2015 -15R approving an Access Easement Agreement with the Trust <br />for Public Land under which the City will grant access across an existing roadway <br />within the Purgatory Creek Natural Area to 110 acres out of a tract of land known as <br />the Wildenthal Tract, subject to purchase of said 110 acres by the Trust for Public <br />Land; authorizing the City Manager to execute the access easement agreement on <br />behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />21. Discuss appointments to the Human Services Advisory Board. <br />22. Discuss Policy regarding height warrants. <br />23. Discuss process for consideration of Preferred Scenario Map Amendments and <br />Rezoning Requests under the Land Development Code. <br />The Council received Staff briefings, held discussion and asked questions regarding items 3 <br />through 23 on the agenda for February 3, 2015, Regular City Council Meeting.
