responsibility for the materials. <br />1.0.6 The Engineer shall perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer <br />shall advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br />1.0.7 Ned Brown is the Engineer's Project Representative assigned to this Project. The Engineer <br />shall not substitute another representative for this Project unless approved in writing by the City <br />in advance of such proposed substitution. In the event the City and the Engineer cannot agree to <br />the substitution of the Project Representative, the City may terminate this agreement in accordance <br />with Article 8. <br />1.0.8 Nothing in this Agreement is intended nor shall be construed as creating an exclusive <br />arrangement with the Engineer. This Agreement does not restrict the City from acquiring similar, <br />equal or like services from other engineers or consultants. The City intends to issue individual <br />Work Authorizations against this Agreement on a per project basis and the City reserves the right <br />to limit the number of Work Authorizations in progress at any time. The volume of Work <br />Authorizations assigned to the Engineer will be determined at the City's sole discretion, and among <br />other things will be dependent upon the completion of previous Work Authorizations. <br />1.1 TASK 1— STATION DESIGN <br />For each Project assigned by the City, the Engineer shall perform all or some of the services <br />identified in this Section 1.1 as specifically authorized by the Work Authorization Form for each <br />of the Project(s) assigned. The Engineer shall: <br />1.1.1 Prepare engineering drawings to include electrical and structural drawings which conform to <br />applicable City standards, Rural Utilities Service standards and the National Electrical Safety Code. <br />1. 1.2 Prepare labor and material specifications to include specifications for power transformers, <br />circuit breakers, switches, etc. <br />1. 1.3 Construction phase engineering services to include preparation of construction bid <br />documents, preparation of Notice and Instruction to Bidders, conducting pre -bid meetings and bid <br />opening <br />1. 1.4 Provide construction phase coordination including conducting pre - construction meetings, on <br />site construction inspection and invoice approval. <br />1.2 TASK 2 — SYSTEM PLANNING <br />For each Project assigned by the City, the Engineer shall perform all or some of the following <br />Master Electrical Engineering Services Agreement — Schneider 2015 <br />2 <br />
