7. Prepare a base map showing the above information to include owners name and legal description of <br />adjacent lots. The base snap will be prepared using ACAD V2014 and furnished in 2D and 3D format on a <br />compact disk. A hard copy of the signed and sealed survey will also be furnished. <br />8. Drawing will be on a scale of I" = 20'. <br />9. Project will be based on NAVD 1988 and NAD 1986. <br />10. Set a horizontal and vertical control point not more than 1,500' apart. City of Austin Benchmarks will also <br />be shown. <br />BASIS FOR COMPENSATION FOR ROUTE SURVEY <br />We propose to provide the above scope of services on a lump sum amount of $31,500.00 based on the following <br />estimates: <br />R.P.L.S. <br />20 hrs. @ $135.00 per hr. <br />$ 2,700.00 <br />Sr. Survey Technician <br />80 hrs. @ $ 80.00 per hr. <br />$ 6,400.00 <br />Field Crew <br />80 hrs. @ $145.00 per hr. <br />$11,600.00 <br />Sub -Total <br />$20,700.00 <br />6 Legal Desc. & Sketches <br />@ $1,800.00 each parcel <br />$10,800.0 0 <br />Sub -Total <br />$10,800.00 <br />Total <br />$31,500.00 <br />SCHEDULE <br />We can begin work on this project approximately 10 working days after we receive a written notice to proceed. It <br />will take approximately 20 working days to complete the route survey. The easement schedule will be prepared at <br />a later date. Surveying activities are weather dependent.
