FORSITH, <br />BENJAMIN J. No one did, so <br />Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Guerra moved for adoption <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Mr. Codding- <br />ton asked about the business in the 1400 block of Franklin, and Mr. <br />Robbins responded that Industrial Solvents would be a nonconforming <br />use. The Council voted unanimously for adoption of the Zoning Ordin- <br />ance. <br />
