<br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration whether or not the Council
<br />wanted to reconsider a Zoning Ordinance, which was denied by the City
<br />Council on February 23, 1987, and if to be reconsidered, to give
<br />direction to the City Secretary to publish notice of public hearing.

<br />1984 (VOL. 66) BY ZONING LOT 6, BLOCK 315 OUT OF THE
<br />WESTOVER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, AS RE-
<br />CORDED IN VOLUME 59, PAGES 184-185 OF THE HAYS COUNTY
<br />DEED RECORDS, A/K/A 1300 BISHOP STREET, FROM "R-l"
<br />(SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT [LOW DENSITY]) TO
<br />"DP-l" (DUPLEX DISTRICT [LOW DENSITY]); AND DECLARING

<br />Mr. Coddington moved that the Zoning Ordinance be reconsidered by the
<br />City Council at a future meeting and that the City Secretary publish
<br />notice of public hearing, and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which
<br />passed unanimously.
