RESOLUTION 2015 -33R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION <br />AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE <br />UNIVERSITY'S ACCESS TO THE CITY'S POLICE CAD /RMS /MOBILE <br />CLIENT SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Interlocal Agreement with Texas State University for its <br />access to the City's Police CAD /RMS /Mobile Client System is approved. <br />PART 2. The City enters this Interlocal Cooperation Contract pursuant to the <br />Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br />PART 3. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute this contract on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 4.
