Equipment Donation Agreement and all other pertinent documents necessary to transfer title and <br />convey the police vehicle to Pink Heals. <br />PART 4. The police vehicle is provided on an "as -is" basis, with no guarantees whether <br />express, implied or otherwise, as to its condition, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, <br />title or merchantability and that all costs associated with pick -up, transport, refurbishing, <br />repairing or restoring and retitling the police vehicle are the responsibility of Pink Heals. <br />PART 5.
