Hankins Larry Gilley Myron Galchutt Frank Robbins Rodney Cobb George Boeker Don~:-¡.a Farley Also Present: Harry Bishop, Nina Pryatel, Mark Hendricks, Jack Lindstrom, Frank Rich, Jr., Melissa Millecam, Robert Wynn, Frances Emery, Dan Graham, Dan Smith, Dan Gibson, Jack Doughty, Jerri Martin, Tom Brooks, Jim Gandy, Billy Moore, Bud Walk'~r and others. Mayor You::J.ger called the meeting to order at 7: 30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for considerûtion approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held April 9, 1987. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Younger, Hernandez. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 13, 1987. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN~ Hernandez. Mayor Younger int.roduced Dan Graham, the new President of thl;:: Greater San Marcos Economic Development Committee. Mr. Grmam advised the Council he was pleased to be in San Marcos. Mayor Younger directed a monthly report be submitted to the Council of the Committee's acti- vities. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment of a media representative to the Main Street Advisory Board. Mr. Brown moved to appoint Lon Mathis of San Marcos News and Mr. Nicola seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
