Mr. Gonzalez provided the Council with <br />a map of the location. Ed Salinas, a taxpayer, stated he did not think <br />a tow-away zone at this location is needed. The Council advised Mr. <br />Salinas emergency vehicles cannot get to the pool area if a tow-away <br />zone is not provided. Mr. Hernandez moved to amend the Ordinance in <br />SECTION 1. as follows: "Reynolds Street, both sides, frOm the entrance <br />to Rio Vista Park," and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. On roll call for approval of the Ordinance on second read- <br />ing, the Council voted unanimously for approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Farr introduced for consideration reconsideration of five Zoning <br />Ordinances, which were adopted by the Council on May 11,1987. The <br />Council did not wish to reconsider any of these Ordinances.
