116 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, JULY 13, 1987 PRESENT: Mayor J. E. Younger Mayor Pro-Tem Council Members Gerald G. Farr Karl W. Brown Fred Guerra Richard Hernandez Betty Jane Kissler William C. Nicola City Manager City Secretary City Attorney Director of Planning Police Chief Director of Parks and Recreation Acting Director of Finance A. C. Gonzalez Janis K. vlomack Lamar W. Hankins Frank Robbins Myron Galchutt Rodney Cobb Donna Farley Also Present: Jose Gil, Dan Smith, Rick Fisher, R.G. Phillips, Dan Corbett, Melissa Millecam, Jane Hughson, Randy Herzog, David Williams, Johnny Fry, John Morrissett, Beth Morrissett, Kay Gaddie, Michael Stanley, Johnnie Armstead, Tommy Norris, Bryan Mobley, Floyd Finley, Roxanne McKimmey, Larry Dupont, Henry Krause, Jeff Kester, Debbie Neimeier, Jeff Hill and others. Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 8, 1987. Ms. Kissler moved for approval and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. Mr. Brown requested information be added to the bottom of the first page of the minutes which refers to Messrs. Brown, F'arr and Nicola not being present at the meeting. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Guerra, Younger, Hernandez, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Farr, Nicola. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 22, 1987. Mr. Farr moved for approval and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Younger, Hernandez, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special I\1eeting held July 7, 1987. Mr. Hernandez moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Younger, Hernandez, Kissler, Nicola.
