Resolution 2015 -21 R supporting the Barton Springs /Edwards Aquifer Conservation <br />District (BSEACD) Application for a Regional Planning Grant from the Texas Water <br />Development Board to assist BSEACD in evaluating the feasibility of developing additional <br />water supply sources for the Barton Springs portion of the Edwards Aquifer; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />5. Resolution 2015 -22R, awarding an annual contract for lawn maintenance services to Rios <br />Tree Service, Inc. in the estimated annual amount of $68,544.00 for the Community Services <br />Department, Parks and Recreation Division contingent upon the bidder's timely submission of <br />sufficient insurance in accordance with the city's bid documents; authorizing the City Manager <br />or his designee to execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City; and <br />declaring an effective date. <br />6. Resolution 2015 -23R approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Guadalupe Blanco <br />River Authority (GBRA) that provides for joint participation in the cost of installing and <br />maintaining a United States Geological Survey Streamflow Gauging Station to enhance flood <br />forecasting by the National Weather Service with an initial installation cost to the City of <br />$8,325.00 and an annual estimated maintenance cost to the City of $5,150.00; authorizing the <br />City Manager to execute the Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />7. Resolution 2015 -24R, approving a sales listing agreement with CBRE, Inc. for the sale of <br />approximately 32.61 acres of land known as the Leah Tract located east of IH -35 and South <br />of Cottonwood Parkway; and declaring an effective date. <br />8.
