Mr. Guerra moved to amend Part 6. to add and delete the following word- ing: "reappoint, for one additional term only, a person to a board, commission or authority who has served two e~-ffie~e consecutive terms," and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council then voted unanimously for adoption of the Resolution. Mr. Brown stated he would like to see more orientation for new members and for us to look at ways of doing this. " Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Plumbing Board of Adjustments and Appeals. No names were sub- mitted and it will not be placed on a future Agenda until such time as a nomination is received. Ms. Kissler moved to appoint Kerry Rash (interested citizen) and Mr. Nicola seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Electric Utility Board. Mr. Farr moved to reappoint Ruben Ruiz, Sr. and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- ly. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Examining and Supervising Board of Electricians. Mr. Guerra moved to appoint the Mayor's nominee, Drew Aubin, and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Board of Directors of Community Action, Inc. Mayor Younger moved to appoint Fred Guerra to fill the vacancy of Betty Kissler as the City's representative, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Hernandez, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Housing Authørity Board. Mr. Hernandez moved to appoint Richard Cruz and Mr. Guerra mÖved to appoint Mrs. Belle Townsend.
