Final PER – four (4) copies. <br />Meeting minutes with summary of City comments. <br />Task 4 – Final En ineering (60 %, 90 %, and 100% Design) <br />• RPS will perform final analysis and design using the selected criteria for conveyance and <br />storage. The design of alternative filtration and disinfection systems are not included in <br />the final design. Design of the reclaimed storage reservoir is based on an aerated <br />reservoir with no constructed wetlands or ecological ladder. <br />RPS will prepare the plans and project manuals for competitive bidding for construction. <br />One bid package will be prepared that includes the reclaimed water pipeline, meter <br />vault(s), and SCADA system modifications necessary to deliver reclaimed water to the <br />University. A second bid package will be prepared that includes the reclaimed water <br />storage reservoir, installation of the fourth pump at the reclaimed water pump station, and <br />low -head pump for transfer of reclaimed water to storage. <br />• The project will be submitted to the City at the 60 %, 90 %, and 100% complete stages <br />(design submittals) and to TWDB at the 90% complete stage. <br />• Construction plans will generally include the following types of sheets: <br />• Cover sheet; <br />• General notes sheets; <br />• Location map; <br />• Reference layout sheets; <br />• Erosion and sedimentation control (scale 1' = 40'); <br />• Pipeline plan and profile sheets (scale 1' = 20'); <br />• Traffic control plans (scale 1' = 40'); <br />• Structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation sheets; and associated <br />detail sheets. <br />The City will provide comments on each design submittal. RPS will incorporate City <br />comments prior to the subsequent submittal. The project schedule allows thirty (30) days <br />for City review time for each design submittal. <br />Project Manual — RPS will prepare a project manual generally containing bidder's <br />information, contract documents, and technical specifications. The project manual will be <br />submitted at the 60 -, 90- and 100- percent complete stages. <br />HE <br />
