FEE SCHEDULE (15S) <br />January 1, 2015 <br />The following professional and support service rates have been established for Espey <br />Consultants, Inc. dba RPS in calendar year 2015. <br />LABOR Rate per Hour <br />Office Assistant $35 <br />Administrative Staff $50-$75 <br />Technician /Drafter $60-$85 <br />Senior Technician/Drafter $90-$115 <br />Staff Engineer /Geologist/Scientist/Planner $80-$140 <br />Consulting Engineer /Geologist/Scientist/Planner $125-$160 <br />Senior Consulting Engineer /Geologist/Scientist/Planner $165-$210 <br />Principal Consultant $205-$225 <br />EXPENSES <br />Equipment cost + 10% <br />Outside Subcontractor Services cost + 10% <br />Miscellaneous Expenses (reprographics, travel, shipping, supplies, etc.) cost + 10% <br />Mileage — Private Vehicles IRS accepted rate <br />PAYMENT <br />Unless otherwise specified in the contract, all invoices are due and payable within 30 <br />days of the billing date. Attorneys fees, court costs, and other related expenses <br />incurred in the collection of delinquent accounts will be paid by the client.
