94 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OCTOBER 26, 1987 PRESENT: Mayor * J. E. Younger Mayor Pro-Tern Council Members Gerald G. Farr Karl W. Brown Fred Guerra Rick Hernandez Betty Jane Kissler ** William C. Nicola City Manager City Secretary City Attorney Assistant City Manager Director of Planning Director of Public Works Police Chief Director of Env. and Engineering A. C. Gonzalez Janis K. Womack Lamar W. Hankins Larry Gilley Frank Robbins George Boeker Myron Galchutt Steve Jenkins Also Present: Mark Hendricks, Johnnie Armstead, Melissa Millecam, Tess Norris, Joe Wester, Dan Graham, Stanley Hughson, Debbie Neimeier, Joe Verdoorn, Patty Wenk and others. Mayor Pro~Tem Farr called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Farr introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 6, 1987. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Guerra, Hernandez, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown. Mr. Farr introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 12, 1987. Mr. Hernandez moved for approv- al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Hernandez requested the minutes reflect Ceasar Jimenez was present at the meet- ing. Tœ-:Council voted unanimously for approval of the minutes. Mr. Farr introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held October 14, 1987. Ms. Kissler moved for approv- al of the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Farr introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 19, 1987 at 5:45 p.m. There were not enough Council Members who were present at the October 19 meeting to approve the minutes, so they will be rescheduled for approval at the November 9, 1987 Meeting.
