116 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, NOVEMBER 9, 1987 PRESENT: Mayor J. E. Younger Mayor Pro-Tern Council Members Gerald G. Farr Karl W. Gilley Frank Robbins Myron Galchutt George Boeker Ross Allegro Also Present: Rebecca Harrington, Mary Helen Moore, Dan Graham, Shirley Wickersham, Judy Mitchell, Melissa Millecam, Ted Breihan, Jeff Hill, Bill Coddington, Ben Ford, Mark Hendricks, Patty Wenk, Terry Ewald, Henry Krause, Jack Doughty, Austin Curlee, Brian Kirkpatrick, Ted Hindson, Frank Rich, John Wade, Aart Millecam and others. Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 10, 1987 (5:45 p.m.). Mr. Farr moved for ap~roval and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Younger, hernandez, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 19, 1987 (7:55 p.m.). Mr. Her- nanGez moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Younger, Hernandez, Kissler. NAY~ None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held October 23, 1987. Mr. Farr moved for approv- al of the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Younger, Hernandez. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. * Mr. Nicola was not present at this meeting.
