(2) The Ceity water purveyor can suspend utility service for any violation of this article. <br />(3) Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum as <br />provided in chapter 1, subsection 1.015(a) of the San Marcos Code. <br />(4) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. <br />(5) Nothing in this section shall be construed as a waiver of the Ceity's right to bring a civil action to enforce <br />the provisions of this section, or any other building code violation, and to seek remedies as allowed by law, <br />including, but not limited to the following: <br />a. Injunctive relief to prevent specific conduct that violates the ordinance or to require specific conduct <br />that is necessary for compliance with the ordinance; and <br />b. Other available relief. <br />(6) Whenever a corporation or association violates any provision of this section, the president, vice-president, <br />secretary, treasurer, manager or any agent or employee of the corporation or association who is responsible <br />for the violation shall be subject to the penalty prescribed for the violation. <br />(p) Fees. The Ceity Ceouncil, by separate ordinance, may create a schedule of fees for obtaining and renewing an <br />irrigation permit.
