City Council Meeting Minutes August 4, 2015 <br />the City Manager about it and asked that the Council be a little more <br />diplomatic in the future. We need to be careful with the planning. <br />Clarissa Balderas, addressed the Council and stated that she can't raise it a <br />foot and a half. She stated that she is still paying her mortgage. She said th <br />FEMA is not helping her. She said that the SBC grant only goes up to $30,011 <br />and it will take $100,000 to raise it. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Prather, seconded by Deputy Mayor <br />Pro Tern Scott, to approve the consent agenda consisting of items #5-10. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro-Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />5. Consider approval of the following minutes: <br />July 17, 2015 Packet Meeting Minutes <br />July 21, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes <br />July 22, 2015 Special Meeting Minutes <br />July 23, 2015 Budget Workshop Minutes. <br />6.
