Hold discussion regarding the San Marcos Economic Development Board, and <br />provide direction to Staff. <br />A motion was made by Council Member 'Thomason, seconded by Deputy <br />Mayor Pro Tem Scott, to postpone the San Marcos Economic Development <br />Board discussion to the August 18, 2015 Regular City Council Meeting. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />10. Receive a Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 Budget follow -up and hold discussion regarding an <br />update related to potential Emergency Medical Services budget impacts, and provide <br />direction to Staff. <br />Steve Parker presented a presentation regarding the EMS budget impacts. <br />Council directed staff to bring back these items at a future meeting to discuss <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />11- <br />VII.
