City Council Meeting Minutes July 31, 2015 <br />13. Appointment to fill a vacancy on the Neighborhood Commission. <br />14. Presentation of the Annual Program Update for the Convention and Visitor Bureau <br />Board. <br />15. Presentation by Tom Taggart, Public Services Director regarding levels of <br />naturally occurring fluoride in the City of San Marcos water supply. <br />16. Highpointe Communities, Inc. petition for the creation of the Trace Public <br />Improvement District (PID) related to the 417 acres, more or less, of property located <br />within the City of San Marcos extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ); setting a date for Public <br />Hearing; receive a report from the Council Subcommittee. <br />17. Discussion regarding the San Marcos Economic Development Board. <br />18. Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 Budget Follow -up and hold discussion regarding an update <br />related to potential Emergency Medical Services budget impacts. <br />The Council received Staff briefings and held discussion regarding items on the <br />August 4, 2015 Regular Council Q; wit Items 3-18 Council <br />provided direction to expand the caption on Item #10 to provide more <br />information to the Public.
