Ordinance 2015 -24, on the second of two readings, changing the name of Chuck <br />Nash Lane to Riverwalk Drive; and Including Procedural Provisions. <br />7. Ordinance 2015 -25, on the second of two readings, changing the name of <br />Riverwalk Loop to Chuck Nash Loop; and including procedural provisions. <br />8. Resolution 2015 -95R approving a Community Development Block Grant ( "CDBG ") <br />Consolidated Plan for Fiscal Years 2015 -2019; authorizing the City Manager or his <br />designee to act as the official representative of the City in matters related to the <br />CDBG Program; and declaring an effective date. <br />9. Resolution 2015 -96R, approving the purchase of utility poles, transformers and <br />miscellaneous electric utility materials from Techline, Inc. in connection with the <br />reconstruction of Victory Gardens Subdivision project in the estimated amount of <br />$618,809.48 through the City's material acquisition services agreement with the Lower <br />Colorado River Authority; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the <br />appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />10. Resolution 2015 -97R, approving the terms and conditions of an contract with Que <br />Tel corporation for an expansion of the Police Department's current contract with the <br />company; authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the <br />City; and declaring an effective date. <br />NON - CONSENT AGENDA <br />11. Ordinance 2015 -26, on the first of two readings, amending the City's 2014 -2015 <br />Budget to authorize the expenditure of State Asset Forfeiture Funds in an amount not <br />to exceed $30,380 for the purchase of services and hardware to expand the Police <br />Department's Evidence Management System; and providing an effective date. <br />12. Ordinance 2015 -27, on the first of two readings, amending Article 3 of Chapter 18 <br />of the City Code by adding Section 18.095 to create a variance process authorizing <br />food establishments to allow dogs in outdoor patio areas pursuant to Title 25, Section <br />229.171(c) of the Texas Administrative Code; providing a savings clause; providing for <br />the repeal of any conflicting ordinances; and declaring an effective date. <br />City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />
