City Council Meeting Minutes August 18, 2015 <br />add move -out and move -in periods from student occupied areas as one of the <br />potential beautification uses, for a label inside the lid of the trash carts <br />notifying users that the carts must be removed from the street after pick-up <br />and the number to call for bulky pick-up, for native plantings in the <br />right-of-ways and entryways. Direction to include $1.00/Residential Customer <br />fee and $5/Business Customer fee for beautification. Staff will move forward <br />with all recommendations presented to Council and the drainage rate increase <br />of 7% to cover debt service. Staff will include a discussion next year regarding <br />the fund balance carried in HOT Fund. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />VII.
