He stated that he enjoys drinking <br />water and he urged the City Attorney to drop the appeal, to place this matter <br />on the ballot and that the language be worked out with the petitioners. <br />Samuel Montoya, addressed the Councilby quoting <br />made on May 5. He stated that this was a loop hole in the petition process a 11 <br />that the judge provided his order. He demanded that the Council place this <br />petition language on the ballot for the voters to consider. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015-27, on the second of two readings, amending <br />Article 3 of Chapter 18 of the San Marcos City Code by adding Section 18.095 to <br />create a variance process authorizing food establishments to allow dogs in outdoor <br />dining areas pursuant to Title 25, Section 229.171(c) of the Texas Administrative <br />Code; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; <br />and providing an effective date. <br />6.
