10. Consider approval of minutes <br />A. March 3, 2009 Regular Meeting <br />11. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-36R, accenting and approving the placement of <br />restrictive covenants on parts of the electric utility property and Highwav 123 right-of- <br />wav; authorizing the ON Manager to execute the documents; and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />12. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-37R, approvine the San Marcos Police <br />Department's submittal of a Brant application to the Texas Attornev General's Crime <br />Victims Services Division to provide partial fundine of the Victim Coordinator Position; <br />authorizing the City Manager or desienee to sign the Brant application, and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />13. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-38R, approving a third amendment to water <br />purchase contract with the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority ("GBRA" ), approvine a <br />first amended and restated reeional project aereement with the GBRA for the development <br />of raw water delivery and treatment facilities; approvine a first amendment to service <br />agreement for water treatment facilities operations and asset manaeement with GBRA; <br />and approvine a letter aereement with GBRA providine for the expansion of the capacity <br />of the raw water system's pump station from 6 mgd to 9 med at no cost to the City; <br />authorizine the City Manager to execute these agreements on behalf of the Citv; and <br />declarine an effective date. <br />14 • <br />. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-39R, approvin2 an a2reement with the Lower <br />Colorado River Authority for interconnection of electric distribution and transmission <br />svstems; authorizine the City Manaeer to execute the aereement; and declarine an effective <br />date. <br />15. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-40R, approving the submittal of an Assistance to <br />Firefighters Grant application to the Federal Emergency Management Agenev (FEMA) to <br />purchase video conferencine equipment, approvine the Citv's 10% matchine fundine <br />oblieation in the not to exceed amount of 530,000; authorizing the Citv Manager or <br />desienee to sign the Brant application; and declarine an effective date. <br />16. Consider adoption of Resolution 2009-41R, approving master agreements between the <br />Citv and Alliance Transportation Group, Inc., Brown & Gav Eneineers, Inc., Iteris, Inc., <br />Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and Wilbur Smith Associates, Inc. for professional <br />eneineerine on-call services in connection with various traffic and transportation related <br />civil eneineerine projects in a not to exceed amount of $100,000.00 per aereement• <br />authorizing the ON Manaeer or his desienee to execute each aereement on behalf of the <br />ON and declaring an effective date. <br />17.
