Appendix 3, Operation and Maintenance Standards, is hereby amended by <br />reducing the annual Major Maintenance Repair and Replacement Schedule Values as <br />listed on Attachment A to Appendix 3 by $67,500 in each contract year four through ten <br />and adding Section 3.5 as follows: <br />3.5 Oakridge Filter <br />The filter for the Oakridge water treatment facility shall be maintained and replaced by <br />the Authority at such intervals and times as agreed between the City and the Authority. <br />The City, however, shall purchase and pay for any such filter.
