Capital Area Planning Council -GeoMap 2009 Work Order <br /> <br />mean all information and/or materials as may be defined in this Work Order required to be provided by <br />CAPCOG to Sanborn for the performance of the Services. <br />Once Sanborn has received full and final payment of all outstanding invoices with respect to the delivery <br />of the Sanborn Products hereunder, CAPCOG and its member entities shall have no restrictions on the <br />use and distribution thereof including to the public domain. Sanborn shall have not restrictions on the <br />use, distribution, licensing or sale thereof including any derivative products. <br />CAPCOG shall be responsible for evaluating and determining the adherence of the Sanborn Products to <br />the Acceptance Criteria or calculating error rates for the Deliverable units under this Work Order within <br />thirty (30) days of receipt. To the extent that CAPCOG assigns, delegates or subcontracts some or all of <br />this responsibility to any third party including its member entities ("Agent' such assignment or <br />contracting of the responsibility shall not relieve CAPCOG of responsibility and liability for all acts and <br />omissions which may constitute CAPCOG's default or breach of this Work Order. <br />CAPCOG's point of contact for Sanborn is: ........................................................................ Mr. Andy Lucero <br />Execution of this Work Order by both parties shall constitute a notice to proceed with the production <br />and delivery of the Sanborn Products. <br />Project Scope <br />Sanborn shall produce 2-foot contours from previously collected Sanborn Product (FEMA grade LIDAR <br />data) as authorized under the GeoMap cooperative purchase agreement with CAPCOG and Sanborn as <br />defined per E bit A The responsibility for the delivery of the source information (LAS files with <br />intensity value and boundary limits in an ESRI shapefile) for the entire 286.51 square mile area of interest <br />(" ources'D and the suitability of those Sources for the intended nurooses he with APCOG and the Citv <br />of San Marcos. Sanborn will evaluate the Sources and advise if the Sources are adequate to meet the <br />requirements for deliveries as specified herein. <br />The Sanborn Product (2-foot Contours) deliverables for the entire project area will be delivered to <br />CAPCOG. It shall be CAPCOG's responsibility to distribute the data to its member constituents based <br />on the LA's. <br />LiDAR Contour Specifications / Sanborn Products <br />Contour Interval: <br />2-foot <br />Breakline Source <br />LAS files with intensity values <br />Breakline Features to be Collected <br />Sanborn shall utilize LiDARgrammetric procedures, where three-dimensional breaklines are produced <br />(coordinate line strings having x/y/z coordinates).
