Electric System Analysis Agreement (page 2 of 4) <br />Minimize system outage (switching sequence) <br />Recommendations to improve system reliability <br />5. Recommend Capital Improvement Projects <br />Show all recommended projects on a circuit diagram <br />Assemble project cost estimates <br />Prioritize projects to achieve best benefit/cost ratios <br />6. Update Maps and Electric System Model as information is provided by Customer <br />7. LCRA engineering personnel shall be available to Customer for engineering advice on technical problems <br />that may arise during operation, construction, or addition of new electric loads that are related to the <br />conductor sizes, voltage levels, or protection of the system.. <br />AGREEMENT DELIVERABLE <br />This agreement provides for one primary deliverable: <br />1. An Electric System Study and Coordinated System Protection Plan ("Plan"). The Plan shall include tables, <br />charts, maps, and explanatory text. As a minimum, the following maps will be included with the Plan: <br />• Existing Circuit Diagram - color coded by circuit <br />• Existing Conductor Diagram - color coded by primary conductor <br />• Recommended System Configuration - color coded by circuit and showing recommended phase changes, if <br />necessary <br />• Five Year Work Plan - projects color-coded by recommended year <br />• Proposed Long Range System <br />• Proposed Fusing <br />LCRA engineers will update the computer model ("Model") of Customer's electric distribution system as <br />information is provided to LCRA by the Customer. LCRA engineers will monitor changes in Customer's loads <br />which might indicate that the Plan should be updated. To ensure that the Plan remains current, LCRA engineers <br />may, at their option update the Plan more frequently than each five years. Customer will not be charged additional <br />fees for updates to the Model or Plan as deemed necessary by LCRA. <br />CONFIDENTIAL WORK PRODUCTS <br />Any data, models, maps, graphical products or other materials provided by Customer to LCRA for purposes of this <br />Agreement remain the property of the Customer. All software, data, computer models, maps, graphical products <br />and other deliverables under this Agreement developed or utilized by by LCRA in the performance of this <br />Agreement have been developed or acquired by LCRA at considerable expense, and shall be considered <br />competitive, proprietary information belonging to LCRA. Customer agrees not to disclose or release any of the <br />above-listed deliverables to any third party without LCRA's consent. Not withstanding the foregoing, any hard <br />copies of the Deliverables provided to Customer by the LCRA shall be the property of the Customer. <br />CONTRACT TERM <br />The contract term for this Program Agreement shall be for one inspection cycle as agreed by the parties on the <br />Pricing Sheet. The Program Agreement shall be automatically renewed at the end of each inspection cycle unless <br />terminated by either party. <br />L O W E R C O L O R A D O R I V E R A U T H O R I T Y
