Consider approval of the following minutes: <br />August 12, 2015 Highpointe Workshop <br />August 14, 2015 Special Meeting <br />August 18, 2015 Regular Meeting <br />6. Consider approval of Ordinance <br />Chapter 74 of the San Marcos <br />procedures and criteria for the <br />Parklets, and Similar Special <br />clause; providing for the repeal <br />date. <br />2015 -30, on the second of two readings, amending <br />City Code by adding a new Article 6 that establishes <br />granting of revocable Licenses for Sidewalk Cafes, <br />Uses of Public Rights -Of -Way; providing a savings <br />of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective <br />7. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015 -31, on the second of two readings, amending <br />the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning lots 5 -A and 5 -13, McKinley Place <br />Subdivision, Section 3, located on the east side of Sadler Drive, southwest of Wonder <br />World from "PDD" Planned Development District to "OP" Office Professional District <br />for lot 5 -A and "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District for lot 5 -B; and including <br />procedural provisions. <br />8. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015 -33, on the second of two readings, adopting <br />fees to be charged by the City for various City Services, including changes to some <br />existing fees and the addition of new fees; providing a savings clause; providing for <br />the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date. <br />Main Motion: A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded <br />by Council Member Prewitt, that Ordinance 2015 -33 be approved on the <br />second of two readings. <br />Motion to Amend: A motion was made by Council Member Thomason, <br />seconded by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, that Ordinance 2015 -33 be <br />amended by the reinspection fee not be charged until the 3rd and subsequent <br />inspections for residential and commercial.
