City Council Meeting Minutes August 28, 2015 <br />Map of the City by rezoning lots 5 -A and 5 -B, McKinley Place Subdivision, Section 3, <br />located on the east side of Sadler Drive, southwest of Wonder World from "PDD" <br />Planned Development District to "OP" Office Professional District for lot 5 -A and <br />"MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District for lot 5 -13; and including procedural <br />provisions. <br />6. Ordinance 2015 -33, on the second of two readings, adopting fees to be charged by <br />the City for various City Services, including changes to some existing fees and the <br />addition of new fees; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any <br />conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date. <br />7. Resolution 2015 -108R, approving a Motor Vehicle License Validation Sticker <br />Interlocal Agreement with Hays County to allow the City to issue motor vehicle license <br />validation stickers for City owned vehicles; authorizing the City Manager or his <br />designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date. <br />8. Resolution 2015 -109R, approving the purchase of forty -four Traffic Signal <br />Controllers from Iteris, Inc. for the Public Services Department- Transportation division <br />in the total amount of $126,500.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />9. Resolution 2015 -110R <br />awarding an Indefinite Delivery, <br />Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) <br />Master Contract <br />for Electric Distribution Construction to Techline <br />Construction, LLC in <br />the estimated <br />annual amount of $956,064.00 contingent <br />upon the bidder's timely <br />submission of <br />sufficient <br />bonds, insurance and other <br />pertinent information in <br />accordance with <br />the City's <br />bid documents for the Project; authorizing the City Manager <br />or his designee <br />to execute <br />the contract documents on behalf <br />of the City; and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />10. Resolution 2015-111R indicating the City of San Marcos is supporting a <br />collaboration of multiple agencies and groups to provide data collection equipment for <br />the Blanco river basin and rivers downstream. Authorizing the City Manager to enter <br />into letters of support for funding, operational functionality and implementation of this <br />project. <br />11. Resolution 2015 -112R approving a 10 foot gas easement to CenterPoint Energy <br />from the City of San Marcos in connection with the Willow Springs Creek Drainage <br />and Wastewater Improvement Project, authorizing the City Manager or his designee <br />to execute this easement on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. <br />12. Resolution 2015 -113R, approving a professional engineering services agreement <br />between the City and Recreation Engineering & Planning, Inc., for the provision of <br />professional services in connection with the Cross -Town Pathway Trails Project in the <br />not -to- exceed amount of $197,525.00 contingent upon the engineer's provision of <br />sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City <br />City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />
